Account closed for no reason, funds held, refuse to respond to my request to send funds

I have been a trading customer of Etoro for years. But at the end of 2020 I received an email from them that told me they were no longer able to service my account in Panama because the rules had changed over my area. I asked them to send my funds back to my personal account but they never did send them. I started contacting them with requests every 2 weeks. After 6 requests with zero response from them, I made a phone call to their UK phone number and left a message. After leaving the message, my account was immediately suspended and I had no way to connect with them any further. Since then I have sent emails, faxes, left phone messages and done everything I could to get them to respond to me. ZERO response for over 6 months. They have my funds. They will not respond. They have all of my money and my contact information. I was a great client of theirs until they shut my account off. Now I am looking to take whatever action needed. My name is Daniel Daves.
