In January 2021, me and my wife went to the Glenside Drive (Richmond, VA) Crunch gym to cancel our memberships. The lady at the counter took our names and my membership card from me and told us, that is all we have to do. Our membership is billed/paid automatically through our credit cards. The were 2 charges for 01/10/2021 and 02/08/2021. Then the charges stopped for both my and my wife's credit cards. I just received a Collection notice from First Credit Services Inc that my account is due and late and they are trying to collect from me. I want to know WHY my account is late/due when I PERSONALLY went to Crunch to cancel my membership AND my membership card was already taken from me. This NOT ACCEPTABLE and UNETHICAL
