The cost of my room was $425.00 per night. The room was not clean there was trash under the sofa bed. The bath tub was dirty. The facet in the bath room was broken. I had to walk up three flight of stairs with bad knees. I went to the front desk to complain was told she was the manager and there was nothing that she could do except offer me a soft drink.
