I called my home warranty fidelity because my ac unit was not working the company that is under contract with cane out and when they did they told my husband the unit needed to be replaced because it is 30 years old and we don’t have the parts anymore after 2 weeks with me calling all the time trying to get the unit replaced is a joke they just want to do a patch job and replace it with a condenser that will break down again by 3 months I been still waiting because the part is on back order and I have to wait other 3 weeks before it gets fixed and I am living in a 102 home this sucks!!!!
