Abysmal service with indifferent attitude

1

I brought in an iMac that was making a clicking sound. I assumed that it was a defective hard drive that was causing it, and the salesperson at Geek squad assured me they would perform a diagnosis before replacing the hard drive. He said it would take up to 5 business days, but I didn't get any follow up and had to wait 3 weeks. They immediately replaced the hard drive, but the clicking sound was still there. They also recycled my old hard drive, which was against my request from the beginning. My computer is still making clicking sounds, I've lost my old hard drive with all the data, and I'm out over $400.
