Absolutely worst service

We ordered a backpack that did not ship within the time frame that we would need the item. We contacted their support team and explained hey we no longer needed the item and that we had purchased one locally. They replied that we should wait patiently. I paid extra for faster delivery and it still took 18 days. I just received notice that they still shipped it.
