Absolutely terrible to deal with

My contract isn't up for over 6 months. I told them I was going to have it paid off in less than 6 months and have been paying it to keep in line with that. They refuse to make an actual payment plan and threaten to send it to collections even though it will be paid over a month before the contract is finished. The customer service rep refuses to put me through to a supervisor to deal with it, and it takes over 45 mins to get ahold of them when I call. Absolutely absurd. I will never finance through them or recommend them. I will also be changing my life, home and auto insurance to a different company, I am so disappointed that they took over state farm.
