Absolutely terrible performance

I am a longtime classical music CD customer of Arkiv. These two experiences are absolutely terrible. First delivery took a long time. A single piece of corrugated paper from a delivery package with my address arrived with NO CONTENTS. The rest of the package had obviously come apart and disappeared. I complained and was brushed off. I complained again, and a second identical paper package arrived from Alliance Entertainment this time with one side unglued and the discs barely contained but easily could have fallen out or been removed. They had told me the second package would go via a different carrier, falsely. This is outrageous negligence, actually reckless disregard of the duty of care. They should be fined under the Consumer Protection Act. Vendor was warned and did the opposite of what was promised to rectify a major defect. User's recommendation: Do not order unless Arkiv agrees to use competent shipper.
