Absolutely no Costumer Service once they’ve collected their money

I scheduled an all inclusive trip through Southwest Vacations for a week in June 2021. After Southwest made a schedule change, then I was allowed to make a schedule change. SouthWest was never able to contact the resort with which they do business in order to inform them I was coming late. So apparently my all-inclusive paid for reservations were canceled. I worked with S.W. (mostly on hold for over an hour at a time) asking for reassurance they had done this part of their deal. Nope! No one every contacted the resort and my reservations were lost. Never SouthWest again!! S User's recommendation: Just no! They won't help you if changed has to be made - NOPE, you pay for what you lost - and rebook if you have any money left.
