I had a gmail address for 11 years before google wanted me to give my birthdate, upload a copy of my ID or submit credit card information to verify that I'm over 18 yrs of age. What a joke!! I've had this email for 11 years, do you really think I was 7 years old when I set-up this email! Really! When trying to get issue resolved you can't speak to a person, the live chat is non-existent because no one responds.
