Absolutely Dreadful Customer Service

Had an item to return. The order number was not recognised by the AE website. The free phone number they provided did not work. The lady I spoke to in AE London told me to call Net-a-Porter. I called them and they didn't know what I was talking about. Tried to call AE Customer Services in Italy but was left waiting on the line for over 30 minutes. I will NEVER order from AE again. User's recommendation: Make sure your order is correct - you can't return anything!
