Absolutely Disappointed!

I had order flyers for my upcoming Church event and had the flyers expedited for “2 businesses days”. Checked the update on my flyers because I had not received any notifications saying my flyers were even being processed for printing... and so according to customer service a printer was broke down another employee said my address wasn’t valid for receiving a delivery on Saturday... anyways the point was excuse after excuse was all i was getting from them.
