Brand new house and the garage door is coming off the track and half falling down. They refused to commit to getting it fixed today. There is a lot of valuable equipment in the garage and the door could not be left open overnight. I found company to fix it and they refused to authorize. They expect you to pay for absolutely everything as if you owned the house and their service is pure crap. User's recommendation: RUN FAR AWAY!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RENT FROM THEM.
