Absolutely awful!!
I had placed an order and then exchanged a couple items. I was waiting to receive two pair of pants at $19.99 each. I received one pair but not the second pair and was told the second pair was on back order. Unfortunately, the pair I did receive also did not fit. So I sent them back for exchange again.... I later received an email that something I ordered was no longer available and I would receive a credit. I don’t know which pair it was.... but I am now sitting here with neither pair and a in-store credit of only $7.50 for $40 worth of merchandise. Not to mention the one pair I did keep, and loved, the green pants....ripped after wearing them three times! Yes, 3 times! And while on a plane flying for a business trip no less!!! How utterly embarrassing! And no they weren’t too small, I didn’t squeeze into them, in fact they were a bit too loose. So when all is said and done.... I purchased three pair of pants and all I have to show for it is one ripped pair, that I can’t wear, due to poor quality and $7.50 of in store credit. I am beyond frustrated! I thought I had found a great new store to purchase all my business work attire from. I either want the merchandise I paid for or a full credit for everything I bought and never received. I’m in told out $60 and 2 months of my time!
