issues since day 1 called one week in, regarding settings on phone, and wanted to know why my password would always require changing even after onewalk hour. Claimed they were so secure. nope nope nope, 5 years later realized our daughter has been hacking phones since she was 12. the last 6 mos called over 20 times and visited 4 strores, 3 stores told me husband is lying and today a store person killed the deal. WE know now our daughter has infiltrated our whole life, starting with verizon. 3 weeks no fixes, all kinds of different answers and 1 line usble out of 4. But the store told me to day not to worry about my phones take care of my derelict daughter. I about snapped, and he again couldnt help us. Even though corporate fraud dept assured they could. I am in tears its bad enough to have these feelings of contempt for my child who has been our nightmare with absolute zero help from anyone. Oh i tried getting help, but when she is running 6 burner phones and keeps accessing our account making her dad and I fight the last thinkg i needed after spending 3 weeks to attempt at fixing is another jerk at verizon to waste my time but to degrade my parenting. I have called about text mssgs coming in all at once for the week, not getting calls, calls going to voice mail, Password always being wrong about iphone being cloned. Finally when we found a diffenent imei number on your app, then what in phone and apple, we had a start. 3 weeks ago. daughters i phone she used that we are paying for locked and i just needed a receipt and roles corrected on my verizon. they were changed for safety but not in anyway we requested. 55 tries later walked out in tears and left the piece of crap on counter. I am filing for a separation, they are not my phones technically, nor do i want them. I didnt want this company from get go, your family parent plan useless with i phone,we havent received one iota of intel to run our business since 2/2 thanks to verizon. i will live in a shelter before i would ever use your service again and that means xfinity can walk out of my life too. 5 years into your plan and you have allowed my life to be ruined! Lack of security made my daughter a phone junkie, and she moved out 6 mos ago, because i was making her get her boyfriends phone out She made a *** cops had her phone one month into iphone plan. cops had it i never gave it back. NOw locked but you guys have fouled this up so bad that easier to start over and dispute any bills from verizon God knows i have a paper trail too, User's recommendation: pick a different company.
