Above size 9

Why is it that Famous Footwear won't carry size 10 and 11 in women's shoes? God forbid any of us wear above a size 8? Oh that's actually incorrect they will have three pairs of the ugliest shoes in the store above a size 9. Why are you only serving to a portion of your demographic you don't think if you carried size 10 and 11 more of us would shop at your store?
