About washing machine Repair

R.K. Cooling Tech company service engineer came to my house for Samsung washing machine repair, he did change PCB Board.....before lockdown....but machine didn't work for 1 day also and it stops working after that. He has charged around Rs.10000 for this work.I am calling that Service engineer and Manager they are just telling will come today and tomorrow and till today no one has come to repair. They took some parts in washing machine.... Please can someone help me.
