My husband was in this rehab two years ago the nurses and the staff was wonderful. They treated him with respect and got him back on his feet. Now in 2021 he had returned and the care was so poor. His condition has not improved over the years but to treat him with no care, leaving him in his chair for 7 hours until he fell out and again fallen out of the bed. He is sore all over and has a bad infection. I was ask to take him home and they provided no transportation, or would help me get him home. The next day he was back in the hospital due to infection. WHAT HAPPEN TO SANTE OF SURPRISE ??? Before anyone should decide this place please take the reviews seriously... Sante needs new staff of caring nurses and management...
