They say I have no FFC that should have from cruises cancelled said had 3000 and only paid in full for 20th Aug and about to go but want to pay for another booked for 15 th Dec 21 . One simple can never contact anyone for any reason so did this latest booking via Sovereign. Getting well and truly stressed as 81 yrs old Do hope this gets some sore of response as how are other companies able to cope .
