Our painting workshop attendees booked rooms at this inn and were exceedingly disappointed. For $200 per night, the linens were filthy, kitchens were poorly appointed and dishware, glassware, and utensils re crusty. There were cockroaches on counters. The management is poorly trained in customer service, being rude and condescending by turns. They become whiney and defensive when confronted with these issues, and on one instance, resorted to outright lying. Staff is poorly trained on credit card processing system. Refused to reverse a charge, then lied, stating it want possible. Do not stay at this place....keep driving the extra 25 miles and get a better priced experience.
