Ability to transfer week to use another Spinnaker resort in another location was changed

Reference to Contract # 573636 We were approached last year by Jimmy Revlous, Sales Manager via phone, and was told we could upgrade our one-bedroom, South Tower unit for a two-bedroom, lock-out in the original Royal Floridian North Tower, for more money. Which we did, thinking, as explained to us, to be a better choice. We were talking about plans as to how to use our week for this year and thought about doing an internal exchange to Hilton Head or Williamsburg for one week and coming to Ormond Beach for the other week. When we phoned Spinnaker we were informed that since we had changed from being owners in the South Tower to the North Tower we were no longer able to do an internal exchange to other Spinnaker Resorts:( This was NEVER mentioned during our conversation for changing to the North Tower!!! Everything was to remain the same, except for the bigger unit in the North Tower and of course, more money!! This is very disappointing as the Hilton Head and Williamsburg resorts are closer to us and would be easier to use. We believe we were not FULLY informed by your salesman concerning the inability now to use the internal exchange feature. I was advised to send an email to reservations to get this resolved. I did back in April and again in May, but no response. I then contacted corp legal and left a voice message on June 1st. The recording said I would get a return call by end of the week. Again no response so left another message.
