I have been trying for 2 days to reach a person. I have sat on the phone with no response for way too long. Finally today at noon, June 26, 2021, a nice young man "Will " answered, he transferred me Immediately. I held on the live for40 min with no one ever coming to the phone. I never had such horrible service . My customer # is 8143009. I am looking for another provider. My service will be cancelled the minute I find one and maybe before !! Worse company I have ever tried to do business with.
