I grew up in military family. Years ago AFEX was a great place to shop. Now called AAFES. Customer care is nonexistent. Stores are full of stuff that is not desired, and over priced. Complaining to store manager and the GM falls on deaf ears. I did 30 years active duty. Now retired. Have family members now on active duty. Across the board all say AAFES is terrible and terrible not getting worse. Top management needs to be replaced. Better yet, fired. Needs a total remake. Dead beat employees wouldnt even be hired by Walmart User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere!
