A victim of fraud

Had a representative tell me that I was elgible for an free upgrade to my equipment said it would not cost me anything so I let her make the appointment and someone came out the next week to install so called new equipment I have the paperwork so week later I paid my bill like I always do but they said they didn't get it so I called they told me I had 2 accounts I said no I don't me and the lady stayed on the phone for 30 minutes then she transferred me over to her manager III;m assuming he sais
