I shipped 4 packages from this store to my home in Florida on 07/10/2021. One of the packages was damaged, along with the ceramic piece enclosed. I filed a damage complaint for $95 and that claim was approved. A check for $95 was issued to the UPS store (#0466) and they were to arrange sending that settlement to me. Now this store has closed, and when I try to call or e-mail the store manager, he does not reply and I cannot leave a voice mail because the mailbox is full.
