A smooth change!!!!?

They advertise "hassle-free" returns and exchanges and a 60-day compliance guarantee. I finally received my order after a month and it turned out to be too small. I use a size large in all my tops, so I ordered it. Turns out the large size for them is a size 6! I wanted to exchange for a larger size, but was told it was apparently the last sale and was hooked. I didn't notice it said "last sale" when I bought it, I was just excited about the big sale they were having. I feel cheated.
The end of sale in an online clothing store should only apply to ready-to-sell or damaged items, not regular stock. Also, when I look at the items, it is not clear that the items in the final sale are not covered by the warranty and I have to search. Very disappointed.
