Edward Rose properties have entered into a business arrangement with BloomBroadband where they represent that they provide "satellite" TV service. Actually, they provide a cable system which is horrible at best. The fees charged are in excess of the normal Dish Network fees and then require the user to purchase "internet service" to have the cable access. They keep DirectTV out by demanding they meet all the rules to access the apartments. The rules are so restrictive that no company could ever install a service. The internet service is not of sufficient capacity to provide the advertised service and then have many hidden ways to ensure the customer will use more than their artificial usage If you need or want good internet and tv service then look elsewhere.
