I'm not happy with your manager Kevin as well as his sidekick my prime has *** in it I spoke to him nicely and asked if they could pull it through manufactury their answer was no I was told before I bought this pram that I had a 1 years warranty with it as well as if anything goes wrong within the 28 days or after I can always come back and get it fixed by one of your colleague will obviously this was not the case as now we are going through this process many thanks Nicole
