a personalized book I ordered from dinkleboo for my granddaughter birthday.

The tracking number they gave me is not the correct one. I have been to the Post Office 3 times and the UPS twice. They say they cannot help me unless I get the correct tracking number. I have called the UPS main number and they say they cannot help me because I need the tracking number. I ordered the book 4/4/19 and UPS picked it up on 4/5/19 in Tempe AZ. It was then delivered to Greer, SC Post Office on 4/9/19. They say they cannot help me because they need the UPS tracking number. I have called Dinkleboo customer service for 5 hours and after a short time they tell me to leave a message which I have done over and over. I thought they cared about children since they sale Childrens books etc. They also cut me off and tell me to leave a message and then they hang up on me. All I need is a tracking number so I can find the book. They have horrible service and they have also charged my Credit Card. I will never order anything from them and I will also none of the many people I work with and friend, Jennie K. Gommer
