A Order I Placed

I placed and order last night 12/13/20 and this morning I get an e-mail saying I still have items in my cart. I paid for my stuff because the money was pulled out and now that money was placed back into my account. I am not understanding what happened and would like someone to contact me back so that I can know if I need to re-do my order and still recieve it before christmas. Thank you
