Ok I recently purchased a motor and the tracking number on it says it will get to me on the 17th of August but it's the 17th and nobody has called me set appointment to drop off my item I called them and they just said do you set appointment in the date is not accurate but they will set appointment today on the 17th but the day's almost over and they havent call me to set up appointment so what the hell I want my s*** I just recently order another motor before this and there were on time
