A missing account and points

I have been off site for over a week but been getting email notifications from the website the last notification I got was yesterday 15th september Tried to log in today 16th sep am told account doesn"t exist I am very confused because I have been offsite I don"t understand the reason behind my account missing I don"t seem to get answers from the website The account had 13k points having converted 50k points to cash over 10 days ago Please help
