I have sent a couple of e-mails so far. But my problem is that my machines light pad does not light up. I have a Cameo 3, on my machine their is a touch pad on the right of the machine. I have un-plugged everything and re-plugged it all back in. The machine does work and cut. I just cant see where to press to load and un-load mat. What can I do to fix this and what are my options.
