A horrible customer service experience & overall a great disappointment

I work at a marketing firm and we were creating a 20th-anniversary challenge coin for one of our clients. I initially chose The/Studio because when I reached out to the customer service team to get an estimate for the project, the customer service rep I worked with seemed extremely competent and responsive. However, this would not be my experience working with this team! The project was fully approved and ready to kick off as of February 18th, 2020. Things started off fairly well and the turnaround on requested edits was reasonable. By the end of March, we were ready to move into the next stage of the production process and this is when things went south. User's recommendation: was one of the worst experiences in vendor collaboration I've ever had. This may not happen on every project they do, but even the slight chance of it happening should deter people f.
