First I should say they work really hard. Every time I come to them I see that they do their best to leave a positive impression. I live nearby, so I visited them hundreds of times. They always greet me with a smile and are always passionate and tactful. I appreciate that. But it would be great if they worked a bit quicker. I cannot say that they are lounging around the branch or anything, but it takes them so much time to make even the simplest transactions. Sometimes it makes me nervous. But again their attitude is perfect. Also I needed to see a banker 2 or 3 times and it took more than an hour to get to him. And once they even managed to skip my turn. And when I told their rep about that, he answered rather sharply. Sure their manager hurried to apologize, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained.
