A gift basket worth $400 for an international order

I ordered a gift basket last year from hazeltons' worth 400 to be sent a friend for his birthday in Malaysia. They were quick to charge my card but never delivered on this for a year. I wrote several emails, dropped them chats on the live chat and no one has followed up or reverted. The do not respond or revert and have just ignore that they have charged me. And not a single reply at all to over ten emails in the last year. I am sick of this and want to draw attention to their scam tactics on social media
