I purchased a pair of "VANS" Toy Story trainers for my son only to be sent a pair of nike copy crap pumps, I have tried my best to get my money back and have continued to be brushed off everytime I ask. These rubbish copy Nike shoes were certainly not what I asked for, "wrong make" they were 2 sizes smaller then they asked me to avoid heavy expense to return them by trying them, "WELL" they didn't bloody fit anyone for a start then they asked us to sell them , they ain't worth a tenner plus they'd keep all of my money, anyway I paid for these through PayPal so complained to them and opened a case against the seller, which they did. I went to check the situation at a later date with PayPal but lo and behold they *** found the case in the sellers favour. As it happened I have opened the case again, was told to post the item back which I duly did at my cost of over £18, PayPal told me to mark the outside of package "RETURNED ITEM" to avoid Chinese Customs delays etc ,, big big mistake because the item was not accepted by the seller at the correct postal address, now the whole thing is still in an unresolved situation and PayPal have been so difficult with me on this even they do not reply to my constant emails. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR DO SO AT YOUR PERIL.....
