We bought a 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4 crew cab on Sept 18th from Eastgate. We wanted to take it to Gatlinburg, TN on September 8th for a week, and I called about the Title. I was told it was never sent because we did not sign a paper. We drove back to Eastgate to sign the paper and ask 2 questions. 1. Why was the Navigation not turned on, and 2. Who said the tires passed a quality test, because we had to replace all 4 tires for $800? They said no new vehicles are sold with Navigation and they we only ‘Navigation Ready”. As far as the tires, the tires on the truck we traded in were better than thee tires on the truck we bought. “They were fine when we left the dealership”. We did not haggle on the price, as we did when we bought a new 3013 Sonic from you. For $30K, used, we are not happy. The good thing!!! Krystal Neal, in your Corporate office, jumped through hoops to get our Title to us so we can drive the truck on vacation. It is hard to understand how someone, who does not deal directly with the public, can be the total opposite from the sales people. So, we are out $800 for tires, told we would have to pay an additional $499 for Navigation; would you be happy?
