To whom it may concern My name is Busisiwe Dlamini am writing this email with sad frustration at Pep home matlosana mall on he 20 of this month I bought a cell phone there so it had coverage problem so the person that was in charge asked one of the staff member to accompany as to MTN to check if it's the service provider if its my coverage or the phones problem so then we arrived at MTN they told the staff member that the cellophane has the problem because they firs thought it's my network hence the phone is using 3G BUT my husband is using a 3G phone too its when the guy from MTN told the pep staff member the problem is with the phone not service provider, we went back to the shop and the staff explained to the in charge that it was confirmed that the problem was with the phone therefore the lady called her manager so then she called her manager she did not explain what MTN said she still explained the the phone has no problem but it's my sim card but that was false information they way am so frustrated as I feel I just throw away R800 down the drain as it is not working so I ended up giving pep home that phone because me taking it home will be useless so I feel PEP HAS REAPED ME OFF THE AMOUNT OF R800 and what makes me upset I told the I would by another phone that is valued the amount of R1400 SOO my major compliant is that the refused to assist us after confirmation that the phone was the problem The Manger is Lerato The staff the was assisting us was Boikhutso and mathapelo Store number 5618 Store contact [protected] My contact [protected] Work contact hence can't answer my cell phone during working hours [protected]
