I have a flight from Dominican Republic on July 1 2021 the flight was delayed with no explanation on the last minutes by email asked the personal not one knew what was going on and talking not very nice to costume in that last minutes like 5 people stood up to ask to be sent in any other flight and finally like 6 of us was sent my lounge was not put in the flight with me then I call 3 time for my flight finally 4days later JetBlue sent it all miss up my Cosmetics all a mess very bad service not even a apology very professional.
