Home Depot delivered 6 appliances to my new home, while installing the washing machine they broke the water pipe going down into the wall in my laundry room. Said we can't fix it to call the plumber. They said they called in the claim, took pictures, and full responsibility, said they know its their fault and they will pay for the damage and plumber bill. Gave me a website to call and they will explain what to do next. I called they have no record of it, so I called HD and they started the claim with Temco Logistics, and they will contact me soon, IN the meantime I have no water.
