ordered and paid in full October 2020. Was told 17-19 weeks. Has been 28 weeks, no chairs. Update promise now 32 weeks. New update promise now 36 weeks. Phone lines at customer service just put you on megahold. NO ONE CARES. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY unless you can take it off the floor with you. Orders likely out a year.
