Purchased a Richmond gas water heater 8 months ago....broken!!!! Tech dept. Hung up on plumbers and us, then called again, they sent thermocouple, didn't work, sent pilot mechanism, plumber tried everything....he said gas valve is last thing....already in $500 from plumber no water heater....company refuses to replace unit....they even hung up on plumbers (they called also). User's recommendation: Don't buy Richmond Water Heaters ever (Menard's).
