I recently purchased from a local salon a product called high rise volume dual volumizer. The product was faulty yes, the components were liquefied and not the gel I was used to placing in my hair. I told the salon the product was defective.They said the sale was final and refused to give me my money back on 2 5 oz tubes Of this product. I am requesting that a representative contact me as soon as possible to discuss this matter. I have been a long-time user of this product and this was a shocking experience for me. The product should never been on the shelf in the first place.
