I paid $6 on a $300+ order for expedite shipping. It did not arrive as promised. When I called to get a refund on the $6 extra shipping, customer service refused. The checkout process is very misleading in promising you an "expected" delivery date, not "estimated" delivery (as customer service argued with me). Sad the company cannot accommodate a $6 refund but would rather rip off customers in extras.Do n monk
