My solar at 2174 Tupman st Fresno ca. Was installed in February, and it still hasnt been turned on, my PG&E bill is $400.00 each month , I need Vivint solar to reimburse me the payments Ive been paying the reason I got solar is to reduce my bill and what is going on is no fault of mine but Im the one who is paying for it

》 When asked if i could pay off my solar panels I was advised I would have to wait 6 years before I culd pay it off. I have never heard that from any company before and is that even legal.
