Ouch...not surprised after reading other reviews. This Beaverton, OR, Denney Rd facility slapped a 44% annualized rate increase on storage unit. No one is available to discuss it of course with one rep passing it on to another and on to district manager, etc, etc. I wish I had read reviews prior to using Public Storage. They seem to be the scourge of the industry.

》 They treat “valued” long term customers with financial troubles due to Covid like dirt. The words “customer service” and “humane treatment” are unknown to them as a company.
