The Roku stick has quit showing or interment showing Roku programs. For 2 weeks I have been trading emails with customer support with no results in fixing the problem I have 2 sticks and they both have the same problem. I sent all the info as far as serial numbers etc. The send emails asking me to try different things. Some of their request as beyond me as I am 67 and not very tech savy. Why cant something be reset at Roku Central. This is had to believe I can get everything else streamed on the net but the Roku Channels and its a Roku stick. Mark me as very unhappy customer. I suggested if they cannot fix it then send me 2 new sticks. I am not getting what I paid for and the customer service is no good.
