Brand new 40 pint dehumidifier with pump develops small puddle of water under the left side when operating for a while. Another purchased as the same time does not seem to have this problem. It's been very difficult to reach Whirlpool. They have not responded to my inquiry either through pissedcustomer or separately. Still unresolved. User's recommendation: You might get a good item, or maybe a bad apple.
