I made an order from the store Promate on Lazada for two items - a promate charging cable and a promate powerbank. The package came, and I opened it but only the charging cable was inside. The powerbank was missing. I talked to one of the agents for Customer Care named Ged, who said I'd be getting an update on my case in 1-2 business days. I spoke with him on wednesday July 17. Today is sunday July 21, already passed the 2 business days time frame, still nothing. I also filled out and submitted the form for item return on July 17, to get a refund. I still have not received a refund in my Lazada wallet. I've already made many purchases on Lazada, this is the first time an item was missing from my package.
